Remote File Transfer for Mac
Access the drives, folders, and files on the managed device. This enables you to dig into the hard disk of a device for troubleshooting and send, retrieve, copy, paste, and delete files or folders without having to establish a remote control connection.
The Last Action column will display the most recent operation that N-able N-central carried out with a specific file or folder.
You will need to have the necessary user permissions to access Remote File Transfer. Review the permissions needed under Devices > Direct Support in the Permissions Dictionary.
Remote File Transfer leverages Take Control. If you do not have it installed, you will be prompted to download and install the Take Control Viewer.
